Capturing the emotion, beauty, & joy of your day

It's a journey

From pre-wedding meetings, to engagement shoots and the big day, I am there to be help throughout your entire journey. Using my wedding experience, I am always happy to offer advice and guidance on how to improve your day. From supplier recommendations to the pros and cons of different times of the year, I love to help where I can!

Telling the story

Your wedding day is one epic story and it’s my job to tell it for you through my images. Using my experience as a documentary photographer, my photographs will tell the story of every stage and aspect of your special day in a natural and stylish way.

Keeping it natural

My wedding photography is always shot in a natural and relaxed style. I want to capture you and your guests being yourselves and enjoying your day. Your wedding day is not a photoshoot, it’s a day of love, happiness, and joy and it’s my job to record it all in a stylish, discreet and sensitive way.

Perfect prep

Whether it’s Bridal or Groom prep, this part of a wedding is so important to capture, telling the story of the build up to the main event. I often find it creates some of the most intimate moments between the Bride or Groom and their friends and family.

I do

During the ceremony is where I will be most visible to you and your guests. I will be there with you, capturing every moment and emotion between you and your partner. This part of your day will be a blur so you’ll want every second to be captured. From the nerves of the groom to the bride walking down the aisle, I will be at the front to capture every moment for you. If working with a second photographer, they will be capturing everything from the back of the venue but if it's just me, I will move around to get the shots of your family and friends in the audience.

A lot of effort goes into the personal touches and details at your wedding. They have sentimental value and mean a lot to you which is why I always make the effort to capture these special little touches. From photos of absent family members, to floral stylings, table settings and guest books, I always cover this side of your day so that you don't forget these important details.

Confetti shot

In my opinion, confetti tunnel is a must if you can! Not only does it always look great in photos but it's also so much fun! I will help get your guests into a corridor for you to walk down before giving you the signal to go. Don’t forget to keep your head up and keep smiling - and always keep the confetti biodegradable!

Group Photos

Group family and friends photos are some of the most important and are often the ones that get passed down the generations! I create posed and more relaxed group shots during the reception, and more fun ones with your wedding party at golden hour! I always advise my couples to limit the number of group shots to those nearest and dearest to them so they don’t spend too long in front of the camera and end up missing out on all the champagne and canapés!

Together at last

Couple portraits are often the most feared part of the day for couples, so I work to make them relaxed, super quick and natural. Not only will we create some beautiful portraits of you together, but it will also give you a chance to take a breather from the craziness of the day. I take my couples on a short stroll around their venue just before the wedding breakfast, and again in the evening, allowing us time to create intimate yet classy editorial-style images. I shoot constantly throughout this time capturing you both together in a relaxed and natural way.

Let's dance

I always stay late into the night at your wedding to create images of everyone relaxing into the evening - and going for it on the dance floor! I love to get in amongst the dance floor to capture those moments really show how much of a good time everyone was having  at your wedding!
